If you are passionate about email marketing, this could be the role for you. This thriving email marketing company is looking for an Account Manager to represent them in the European market, in the Receiver Services area. Working closely with the Head of Receiver Business Development you will identify and cultivate receiver business partners.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage receiver relationships and promote additional products and services Maintain alliance relationships with receivers and channel members

- Assist channel partners with education & training on best practices, troubleshooting and problem assistance and status reports on delivery issues

- Ensure customer implementation is on schedule and well orchestrated

- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s receiver solutions

- Establish and grow relationships with key European ISPs

- Supply competitive information and general awareness of industry trends

- Attend industry events to represent the company

- Regularly review account status and filtering performance with ISPs

- Assist in the research of new business opportunities

They are looking for a smart, creative performer who wants to join a tightly knit and dedicated team. You will have good contacts in the receiver community (ISPs, email hosts and filtering companies) and a strong understanding of email messaging, protocols, filtering application/techniques, compliance standards and email industry best practice. You will be based in Europe so must speak business level English, plus one additional EU language. You will also need strong organisational and multi-tasking skills and must be prepared to travel.
