Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial person to manage the Sales Operation for their conference sponsorship team. It's their intention that you'll combine the resources of three of their divisions; Construction and Building services, Engineering and Environment and Architecture and Lighting to develop a specialist, pan industry commercial team. Initially this will compromise of three sales staff to work across the three different sectors but plans are to grow the group quickly.

As a high growth business with an ambitious strategy the client is looking for someone to drive sponsorship revenues as a key member of the senior team. This is a new role, developing the sponsorship growth strategy in line with the wider business plan, creating real value for customers and leading the sponsorship teams to exceptional performance.

You'll have a track record of managing sales operations, developing great customer relationships and have value sponsorship packages. It's important that you're a strong sales leader and are able to demonstrate having inspired teams to high performance.

This will be a challenging yet very rewarding position.
