Group Account Director (Russian Markets)
Key objectives - To manage the strategic direction of the account. To provide digital consultancy that will result in further use of the online channel where appropriate. To ensure we have 5 quarter visibility of budgets and financial forecasts. To improve customer satisfaction within 2 quarters - as measured by a customer satisfaction survey.
You will be responsible for a number of key accounts, strategy and commercial success.
Skills - Fluent Russian/Polish. Good understanding of marketing communications. strong negotiation and leadership skills. Team leader and team player. Strong relationship management skills.
