Industry leading digital agency with a very impressive client list seek a Search Account Manager to maximise the opportunities, revenue and exposure of clients search campaigns.
The Role
CLIENT COMMUNICATION:
o To organise & attend Client meetings
o To prepare all presentation materials for Client meetings.
o To co-ordinate and chair weekly conference calls
o To produce and send contact report to Client after all conference calls and meetings.
o To reply to all Client correspondence as priority.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
o Optimisation of all Campaigns on weekly basis
o Analysis/monitoring of results against targets.
o Copy updates
o Add and update Keywords
o Fill in and send submission sheets to all engines.
o Ensure all Campaigns are successfully trafficked through liaison with the technical team
o Bid management through Atlas / DART Search
FINANCE:
o To produce all required financial reports and reconciliations required by the finance team.
o To ensure that you adhere to all company financial processes and deadlines in place, and that all works is produced to a high degree of accuracy.
o To ensure that all bookings adhere with budgets set and that budgets are monitored.
REPORTING:
o Produce all weekly/monthly/ad hoc Clients for report in a timely and accurate manner.
o Produce monthly finance reports for Finance Department.
AD HOC DUTIES:
o To effectively co-ordinate relationship and work load between team members. Inform the Finance and technical team on any issues to ensure effective communication and smooth running of account.
o To assist Client/Account Director with Strategy development and future growth of account.
o To assist with the Development of Account Executive/Graduate training.
