Job Description

Our client, a pan-European Telecommunications company, is looking to recruit a Head of Sales / Sales Director to sell targeted integrated Media Channel campaigns, manage third party sales Agency relationships and work with other media departments within the company to optimise campaign delivery. This is a senior role within an emerging new business within the company. The ideal candidate will need to be a strong manager, as well as a super Board level advocate within the ad agency world as well as with Clients direct. Person Specification: ·Extensive agency and Client contact book ·Experience managing internal or external sales forces and driving to profitability ·Strong Sales analytics and process ·Direct knowledge and experience working in Digital Online, Direct Marketing and Mobile advertising ·Experience and success in integrated multi platform consultative media sales ·Strong, confident, self-assured team player who is motivated by challenge, opportunity and potential ·Excellent communication skills ·Strong people person with sales management experience ·A problem solver who is not easily intimidated by people situations and challenges
