Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

-Campaign Management. Setting up of new accounts and managing submission process. Optimising and developing accounts using Keyword Reports, Engine Reports, Day Part Reports, Trend Analysis and Fraudulent Activity Reports. Daily Logging of Client Stats and Supplier Spend.

-Client Contact. Developing relationships with current and prospective clients.

-Division Development. Constantly look towards ways of improving and streamlining current activities. Looking towards new technologies that can be used to benefit both the agency and their clients.

-Ensuring that lines of communication with clients, and other personnel where relevant are open and regularly used, e.g. managing Account Executives and general overseeing existing campaigns.

-Managing client financials including updating tracker, EOM , billing docs and other administrative tasks.

- Work with the Head of Search to develop clients' spend and profitability and actively develop new business (phone number removed) opportunities.

Skills/Experience

·Previous working knowledge of PPC is essential
·Understanding of Bid Management software, ideally Bid Buddy
·Advanced Excel skills
·Strong Mathematical base
·Good Word skills
·Some PowerPoint knowledge
·An avid interest in online advertising
·Good interpersonal skills
·Educated to Degree or 'A' level standard with exceptional GCSE results or equivalent

Reporting Relationships

The Search Manager will report to the Head of Search

Standards of Performance

·Consistently adhere to attention to detail requirements
·On time supply of reporting and other duty requirements
·Success of Client campaigns and Division targets
