This friendly, down to earth, small-medium sized direct marketing agency has a superb opportunity for an Account Director to work in a small, newly recruited team. This is a period of huge growth for this agency and they are pitching and winning a lot of new clients. If you have a GSOH (pun intended) and a positive outlook then you should read on
As the Account Director you will handle 2 major clients, including a brand spanking new piece of business. You will head both these accounts, working closely with a Planner, and supported by a Senior Account Manager and an Account Manager. As a team you will provide strategic and creative support across a media mix, comprising predominantly of direct mail and press
Key attributes for this role include:
• Thorough understanding of principles & practices of direct marketing
• The ability to manage, develop and strengthen relationships
• A strong leader and a people person
• Numerate, literate, confident.....think you get the idea?
You should be an outgoing, light hearted person with a great sense of humour, able to deal with client pressure
