Group Account Director
London

The client
Made up of a number of specialist, integrated communications companies who are experienced in educational, training and multimedia working with public and private sector organisations

The Role
Accountable for the growing and managing budgets and revenue of specific client accounts across the group
Accountable for the direction and delivery of activity on client accounts
Accountable for innovative thinking on client accounts
Accountable for the effectiveness and quality of work of account teams (internal and external)
Responsible for effective contribution to new business bids and proposals
Responsible for line management

Skills and Experience required
The candidate should be motivated and will need to demonstrate the abilities of

·pre-empting client requirements, good project management
·Effective time management and the ability to communicate effectively with the project team.
·Experience in Strong budget control and management
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Ability of presenting to a large audience
·Confident networker and effective negotiator on a senior level
· Have an experience in project management, educational sector digital media
·Previous experience in a project management role
·Experience with MS Office packages including Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
·Previous experience of tracking against plan and budget desirable
·Customer liaison experience
·Excellent writing skills and the ability to come up with great concepts and solutions
·Skills and experience in planning, costing and scheduling new media projects
