This dynamic digital communications agency develops online strategies and carries out creative work for a wide range of brands. They are currently looking to bring on board an Account Director who has digital marketing experience and who will be responsible for providing strategic direction to clients to help them define their e-marketing strategy, designing and delivering client e-marketing programmes, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programmes.

Account Director Main Responsibilities will be to:

- Lead the development of strategic initiatives that deliver client ROI
- Project manage complex digital marketing and communication strategies that are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee and lead the production of digital marketing campaigns including web sites, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, online advertising and email
- Oversee the creation and presentation of fully-costed campaign proposals to clients
- Direct creative and production decisions
- Manage the ongoing delivery of eCRM strategies and the associated data sets
- Agree annual budget plans and revenue targets to support business objectives
- Have ownership of individual Client P & Ls
- Manage client relationships
- Identify new business development opportunities and actively up-sell new marketing programs and projects
- Lead junior members of the account team

The successful candidate for this position will have experience of online marketing and of managing high-profile, blue-chip client relationships within a digital agency. They will have a successful track record of growing revenues and profitability on client P & Ls and strong team management and leadership skills. This role will be working in great warehouse loft offices with a super-motivated team. An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and highly successful digital agency.
