Job Description

This dynamic digital communications agency develops online strategies and carries out creative work for a wide range of brands. They are currently looking for an Account Manager who will manage client relationships and the delivery of campaigns, working with the Account Director to develop, project-manage and implement marketing and communication campaigns to meet client objectives.

Specific Account Manager role responsibilities will include:

- Developing solid working relationships with clients
- Providing input into client strategy planning and review sessions
- Identifying and up-selling new marketing programs/projects to drive revenue growth
- Delivering clients’ online marketing programmes
- Producing, implementing and project managing digital marketing and communication strategies that are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing the production of digital marketing campaigns including web sites, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, online advertising and email
- Creating and presenting fully-costed campaign proposals to clients
- Commissioning, briefing, managing, costing and evaluating the work of third party suppliers

For this position they are looking for an individual with four years’ marketing or account management experience, two of which must include working in online marketing or an account management role within a digital agency. You will need to have a good understanding of direct marketing and digital creative/production processes and a good working knowledge of internet technologies and databases/database marketing. Confident, ambitious and energetic, you will be self motivated and highly organised.

This role will be working in great warehouse loft offices with a super-motivated team. An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and highly successful digital agency.
