Are you interested in working for a leading digital creative agency that is at the cutting edge of digital strategy across social media campaigns? My client is also renowned for developing powerfully unique mobile campaigns and applications and range of other creative digital solutions. This client is based in London and has created a new headcount for 2012.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join this niche outfit. You will manage a range of T2 media agencies as well as working alongside the Account Director to ensure relationships at the top tier are well maintained. Your role will entail finding a brief, understand its requirements, liaising with the internal creative team, presenting a solution and then manage the project through to completion. The individual will be responsible for growth of the portfolio as well as having the ability to discover new business opportunities. You must be currently working for a digital agency, however candidates with similar digital experience will be considered.
This role requires a self-starter, as you will be largely left to your own devices after an induction period. The ideal candidate for this role is proven relationship developer and networker with experience and relevant contacts within the media agency world. You will be capable of representing the company and the brand professionally and you can articulate their solutions to a wide range of media clients. You will plan and deliver - this role requires a considered approach within large, complex, multi-layered organisations. Finally, my client is seeking someone with initiative, spark and a genuine enthusiasm for the business that will thrive on the autonomy provided to them in this role. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator able to work with phone based contacts and F2F meetings with equal aplomb. Impeccable presentation is mandatory.
The successful candidate will be rewarded healthy base salary (35K) plus bonuses based on performance and achieving targets.
