Job Description

To proactively sell to and manage an agreed portfolio of advertising agencies to successfully deliver advertising revenue, in line with yield, volume, sell through and sponsorship budgets and targets.

Key responsibilities:

·Deliver against all agreed personal and team targets
·Build a network of fruitful face to face relationships with appropriate agency personnel, at all levels
·Proactively deliver targeted, innovative and creative sales pitches and presentation to your agencies
·Utilise available research sources to formulate sales arguments and pitches
·Fully understand and monitor your revenues from your agency portfolio
·Be aware of available inventory as communicated and sell intelligently in accordance with this information
·Work closely with advertising operations to ensure the full delivery of campaigns as booked
·Negotiate with buyers to secure solid campaign rates in line with agreed guideline parameters
·Maintain a strong knowledge of the AND sites and all attached sales opportunities
·Build a wider understanding of the on-line market place and attend industry events
·Propose fresh ideas which help to increase team and personal performance
·Strong team player

Experience required:
·Proven track record within a media sales environment as well as agency sales
