Are you in a role dealing with media agencies? My client is a digital creative agency that are at the cutting edge of digital strategy across social media campaigns, they also are renowned for developing powerfully unique mobile campaigns and applications and range of other creative digital solutions. This leading creative agency is now looking to recruit an Account Manager to work alongside the Account Director to deal with tier 1 media agencies as well as manage a range of tier 2 agencies in your own portfolio.
This role requires a self-starter, as you will be largely left to your own devices after an induction process. The ideal candidate for this role is proven strategic relationship developer. You will be capable of representing the company and the brand professionally and you can articulate their solutions to top agencies within the UK. You will plan and deliver - this role requires a considered approach within large, complex, multi-layered organisations. Lastly, my client is seeking someone with initiative and someone who will thrive on the autonomy provided to them in this role.
To attract and keep the right candidate a base salary is negotiable (30-35K base) plus a healthy commission structure.
