Job Description

Digital Account Director - Digital Agency - West London -circa £50-60k + bonus

We need an experienced Account Director to help develop existing accounts from our list of blue-chip international clients.

  • We have a very international outlook, building and maintaining websites and intranets for clients all over the world.

What's the role?

The account director will be responsible for:

  • Develop accounts and drive sales - develop and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue.
  • Client services - including the delivery of projects and servicing contracts effectively.
  • Manage accounts team - Manage, motivate and develop a team of account and project managers.
  • Reporting - track and report on sales, profitability, client activity and other metrics to feed into internal strategic planning.
  • Develop the agency - help build and improve the agency to drive its growth plans.

Experience

  • Experience working in a digital agency environment.
  • Current responsibility for targeting revenue of at least £400k per annum.
  • Excellent digital, marketing, web and (preferably) intranet expertise.
  • Strong track record of growing key client accounts and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop them and close them.
  • Presence and professionalism to inspire confidence and credibility.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, influencing and problem solving skills.
  • Awareness and knowledge of FMCG or healthcare sectors will be advantageous.

  

What are we offering?

  • Circa £50,000-60,000 per annum + annual bonus.
  • There is a potential to earn an equity stake in the business and therefore earn a share in profits (we have already given away some equity to our top staff).
  • You will get involved in the early stages of a small, ambitious and growing digital agency with blue chip clients across Europe and the US with a high potential to climb the ladder.
