It's an exciting, varied, fast-paced role in a dynamic digital team that will see you selling in all aspects of digital media to the agency's clients as well as the digital team's direct clients. You will be planning and executing campaigns across all channels including site specific buys, networks, rich media and video, social and mobile channels.
In addition applicants need a solid understanding of the trafficking and adserving process as well as being able to identify and measure ROI. You will also need to be prepared to project manage the creative process from brief to delivery.
An understanding of the wider digital marketing mix would be preferable.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategy and planning of online media campaigns that integrate with the digital and offline media mix.
Work with the Media team to negotiate and buy digital media effectively and profitably for the agency.
Building and owning relationships with media owners.
Planning to specific objective, both on a brand level and for direct response campaigns.
Work with account and creative teams to ensure development of creative concepts.
Ensuring digital is at the heart of every full service client and integrated with the rest of the campaign.
Work closely with the traffickers, Client Account Managers and production staff to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Client communication throughout the project including regular meetings, updates and reports.
Competencies
Proven track record in digital planning/ buying with client-facing experience with at least 3 years digital experience.
Proven ability to sell and a wide knowledge base of digital products and services.
Proven ability to plan to budgets and demonstrate ROI.
The right candidate will need to have exceptional skills in education, selling, communication and organizational skills to be capable of managing clients and their projects effectively. Ultimately your CV should demonstrate the ability to work well with clients, liaise closely with in-house teams and understand how to most effectively grow the digital offering.
