Our client is a leading digital media planning and buying company established more than 10 years ago. With over 100 employees at present, they boast an outstanding blue chip client list ranging from Food & Drink to It & Telecoms through to Travel & Transport.
To be considered for the role you will need to
Demonstrate sound understanding of online trading (potential conflicts, issues and solutions)
Provide timely & accurate billings projections when requested.
Meet and liaise regularly with the account team on wider business issues, supervise/undertake additional projects beyond client responsibilities as requested (new business pitches, market reviews, competitive trends, etc)
Share responsibility with management for developing new revenue streams (both current and new clients)
Assist in the development of and participation in selling our services and support implementation of the business & marketing plan when required.
With a wealth of experience within the digital arena you will also have the following.
Key Skills:
Demonstrable capability in the field of ROI, strategic ability and understanding of emerging channels
The candidate should have experience of being a stand alone client handler and being the primary contact on a substantial piece of business, whilst simultaneously juggling a number of other medium size pieces of business
Ability to handle media owners on large budget campaigns
Experience of managing a growing team of Campaign Managers & Campaign Analysts & the ability to manage conflict within this team & with client portfolio.
Evidence of being able to manage and prevent client service issues.
Posses excellent communication skills and the ability to sell in both creative and media strategies to senior marketing clients
Active new business role as part of senior management team
Proactively manage client expectations
Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing
An understanding of offline media and the benefits of using each medium
Good knowledge of how online fits into the marketing mix
Highly competent and fully diverse in using various research tools
Excellent grasp of integrated marketing communication strategies
Commercially aware and financially astute
