Head of Affiliates-Leading Digital Media Agency-to £55k plus package-Central London
As the Head of Affiliates within this award winning agency, you will need a minimum of 4 years experience in Affiliate Marketing. You will have gained this as an Affiliate Manager or Affiliate Director within a Digital Media Agency, or you may currently head up an Affiliate department and be looking for a challenging move to the leading digital agency in Europe. Experience within in an Affiliate Network, or client side marketing organisation would also be an advantage. You will need excellent client facing skills, along with the credibility to sit amongst this agency’s operational board, making key decisions. Team management skills are also an advantage.
As the Head of Affiliates, you will oversee and mentor the affiliate staff member on various client teams. You will be responsible for their development and training. A key part of the role is growing the affiliate strategy within the agency by increasing client budgets and pitching for new business wins. This role will form part of an operational board, and will be instrumental in making key client and agency decisions.
