Agency are one of the global premier digital media agencies, with offices, staff and environment that reflects their status as a desirable company to work for.
Their dedicated Search division is looking for several people to run paid search campaigns at manager and executive level.

Responsibilities
* Day to day contact with clients and search networks.
* Innovative strategic thinking on all client activity – to be one step ahead.
* To attend client meetings.
* Understand clients’ business objectives.
* Responsible for the smooth running of the account on many levels.
* Develop clients’ search marketing strategies.
* Paid search marketing – strategic planning & execution:
o Work with Account Executive to ensure that all trafficking and tracking is done within specified timeframe.
o Work with search networks to ensure that campaigns go live in a timely manner.
o Ensure all campaigns are running and tracking at all times.
o Produce reports illustrating campaign performance.
o Ensure campaigns achieve clients ROI and business objectives.
o Recommend search media optimisation and additional placements.
o Produce end of campaign reports and analysis.
* Be competent in third party bid management and tracking solutions.
* Be competent in accounting system.
* Work with Account Executive to ensure that all financial accruals are up to date.
* Ensure that status reports and campaigns summaries are up to date.
* To work with other teams to ensure smooth running of day to day activities eg digital media teams and account teams.
* To communicate on a professional level both internally and externally at all times.
* Other duties assigned as and when necessary by the Account Director.
* Day to day management and motivation of Account Executives.
* Participate in business development for new potential clients and up-selling to existing clients.
Reporting
* Reports in to the Account Director.
* Manages & trains Account Executives on day to day basis.
Qualities
* Must be passionate about the industry on and offline, and in particular, search.
* Must have a strong understanding of automated search marketing tools and software, including bid management, tracking and ROI analysis.
* Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives.
* Demonstrated leadership and ownership of at least 1 paid search client.
* Must have at least 1 years experience working within the search marketing sector.
* Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills).
* Well considered recommendations and arguments.
* Outgoing and not afraid to learn.
* Excellent inter-personal skills.
* Computer literate.
* High level of math’s and analytical skills.
* Organised and methodical, with excellent time management skills - ability to work autonomously.
* Ability to maintain client and search network relationships.
* Motivation to participate in staff management and larger agency development.
* Team player.
