The successful candidate will be expected to:
·Maximise commercial revenues through their own sales performance as well as their team's
·Lead by example through their own sales performance
·Ensure the team are working to the required standard and are delivering
·Provide accurate forecasts
·Create, implement and manage sales plans
·Monitor sales progress through revenue and staff analysis
·Coach and motivate all staff
·Inspire the team to achieve all targets
