In an increasingly competitive marketplace, it is important that we stand out from our competitors and can provide a point of difference. With this in mind, we are now expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Creative Designer.
This Senior Designer will report into the Head of Planning & Development and will be responsible for injecting creativity & innovation for our team & brand presentations internally & externally. You will be responsible for presenting a sales argument in a creative and compelling way. You will also be working with our Trade Marketing Manger on all brand/event communications to ensure standout with our customers, through engaging presentations/content/formats.
The ideal candidate will have credible design experience and/or a degree equivalent with a minimum 3-5 years workplace experience in design.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that we cement our reputation for creativity and innovation, giving clients a reason to choose us over other media owners through engaging & creative formats.
Key Responsibilities:
·The ability to communicate a 'Creative Idea' in a engaging way - presentation/visual format/Video etc
·Produce outstanding presentations that set us apart from our competition
·Present a sales argument in a creative/compelling way
·Take research based information and communicate this in an inspiring and engaging way
·Think of new ways to sell cross media to engage both internal and external audiences
·Inspiring internal teams to think more creatively
·Raise the bar & encourage creative excellence in all communication
