This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, skilful, flexible relationship developer to be part of a small team that spearheads commercial initiatives globally.

You could be an account manager looking for more of a responsible, strategic role, or an Ad Ops / Trafficker who wants a commercial position!

The company is a leading ad server, which is used by over 30'000 publishers on more than 100'000 Websites. Used in over 100 countries, the company is rapidly building a world class team to build and execute a compelling commercial strategy on top of their existing asset base.

The opportunity:

• Working within a small team that is taking the lead role in key strategic commercial projects, including monetisation, distribution and professional services, you will be reporting directly to the Business Development Manager and based out of the London office.
• This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with a broad range of skills to transition to a Business Development role and grow within an exciting, ever changing environment
• The company is at an early stage in its evolution so the potential for experiential, operational and economic upside is sgnificant for the right person

Candidate Requirements

• At least two to three years online experience is required - ideally in online advertising with a focus on trafficking, ad operations, online account management or similar
• 
  Practical experience supporting and servicing clients using advertising products and technology is a must
• 
  Experience building very strong personal relationships, overcoming tough issues in positive ways and building lasting inter-company partnerships
• 
  Excellent teamwork and communications skills - both inside and outside the company
• A real passion to work in an hard-charging start up environment with some ambiguity and few rules or processes
• 
  Highly organised, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and with great attention to detail
• 
  Bachelors degree and technical understanding and experience a benefit
