Position: Project Manager (middle weight)
Salary band: 28-32k (depending on experience)

A dynamic, award-winning and established creative digital agency seeks a middle-weight project manager to join their hardworking team.
As a Project Manager at Stickee you will work across all our accounts and manage all the internal teams from a project briefing to the debriefing and more importantly manage our clients’ expectations. You will work closely with the Account Management team, the Creative team and your own team members in the Project team taking the projects through the proposal, specification and production phases. You will also support and mentor other members of the team and help to solve any problems they may have. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As a person you are professional, pro-active and stress tolerant. This role requires a confident, bright person who uses their own initiative as well as contributing a vital role to a busy and forward thinking team. You have an in-depth knowledge of the new media industry; including peers and their work You are pragmatic and creative, displaying self discipline and a passion for your work. You have excellent communication skills and are committed to providing high quality internal and client projects in a confident and assertive manner.
You have at least 2 years experience in a Producer or Project Management role and a thorough understanding of new media development such as Flash, PHP and HTML. You have experience of dealing with clients and suppliers within a digital agency. A knowledge of MS Project and Project Server would be beneficial as well as experience working with PRINCE2, AGILE and other project management methodologies.The business is now in a very strong position with great opportunities for growth and Stickee intends to share this potential success with its new employees.
