As a candidate you will need to be a happy to work within a fast paced environment who is confident in working with their clients. A background within a digital agency and in a client facing role is a must, as well as retail or any telecoms experience. On a daily basis you have an account executive reporting into you so being a quick thinker and having the ability to work under pressure are crucial.
