Your Profile
As a Sales-driven Graduate, or someone of graduate calibre, who has gained some solid Sales experience, you are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role within the Sales or Engineering/Construction market place. The Recruitment Sales industry is the second largest industry in the UK and you will be looking for a role in the Recruitment Sales industry that will allow you to develop a career with real promotion and earning potential. You are a self motivated and target focused individual. Ideally you will have worked in a sales environment during your studies or since leaving university and are looking for a role that you can put your mark on. However, graduates with bags of passion and personality with tangible proof of their motivation, drive and tenacity are also welcome to apply!
The Role
Working for an Independent Recruitment Specialist in the UK, you will be responsible for sourcing clients through Business Development cold calling and managing the negotiation process You will be selling the services of the organisation to high level managers and directors and taking detailed job descriptions. As such, you will be confident dealing at any level and demonstrate these strengths on a daily basis.
