Leading digital agency with an exciting portfolio of clients seeks an Affiliate Planner.
The Role
The company are looking for an Affiliate Planner to work within their affiliate team. This is an exciting and varied role with the primary responsibility of assisting with the day to day running of the finance and travel clients through their own internal affiliate platform as well as external networks.
This is an opportunity for a keen person to get involved with a very big account right from the start and prove their effectiveness in a highly competitive and accountable sector.
The affiliate planner role will include, but by no means be limited to, the following:
1. Implementing the affiliate strategy that sits within the clients overall advertising strategy.
2. Analytical reporting and presenting findings to clients.
3. Developing strong relationships with affiliate network/s and affiliates.
4. Attend and participate in affiliate events and seminars.
5. Recruit, approve and retain affiliates onto the various programs.
6. Attend regular client meetings.
7. Participate in the training and development of new graduates to the team.
8. Participate with any new business pitches as and when required.
Experience
• working knowledge of affiliate marketing ideally from an agency or affiliate network (client side can still apply).
• is self- driven and results oriented.
• offers excellent communication and client facing skills.
• has a process driven approach and excellent attention to detail.
• has an understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and its potential. Knowledge of key affiliate players in the UK is a bonus.
Technical experience is required in:
• Microsoft office, (powerpoint)
• Experience with tracking solutions such as Mediaplex/ TD Toolbox would be advantageous as would an understanding of basic HTML.
