Senior E-business Acquisition Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for you to work for an International Bank in their UK Consumer Division. Operating in 24 countries across Western, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, the EMEA Consumer Group addresses the full spectrum of customers financial needs through credit cards, retail banking, and consumer finance.
You will take the lead in one of the key growth areas of the bank this role represents the single point of contact within the E-business acquisition team for all UK businesses.
This position is to lead and manage a team that is integral to the success of the UK Consumer business. As such there will be extensive exposure to all areas and products within UK Consumer as well as regional internet and technology initiatives.
To be considered for this role you require:
Knowledge/Experience:
Extensive financial services online acquisition planning and execution.
In depth understanding of online channels and their effectiveness for a wide range of financial service products.
Excellent understanding of key profitability drivers.
Advanced technology expertise.
Skills:
Strategic insight, planning and forecasting
Strong relationship building and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
Highly analytical with strong grasp of financial modeling
Your key responsibilities:
Utilise their comprehensive knowledge of all the banking products and services coupled with an extremely strong understanding of all internet acquisition channels gained through first hand experience of marketing financial services products online, to develop, sell, and efficiently manage a team to deliver successful online acquisition campaigns.
Ensure all online channels are optimised from a profitability standpoint by developing (in conjunction with finance, decision management, MIS and/or product teams) robust, actionable profitability models and forecasts.
Develop inputs from Acquisition channel managers into cohesive, cross channel online acquisition plans across all UK Consumer businesses.
Partner with marketing teams to ensure that creative message, strategic intent and objectives of online campaigns are aligned to and form an integral part of fully integrated campaigns.
Partner with product development and management teams to develop and deliver bespoke online propositions.
Oversee the execution of internet acquisition campaigns ensuring:
-Appropriate budget/volume sign off is obtained prior to implementation
-Adequate, actionable tracking and reporting is in place and tested
-Contingency plans are in place and campaigns are optimised on an ongoing basis
-Campaigns achieve approved targets on time and on budget
-Appropriate post-campaign learnings are captured and actioned
Work closely with the E-business Content and Architecture Manager to design and develop acquisition functionality.
Effective management of Acquisition team including setting goals, conducting appraisals and setting professional development plans
Ensure all acquisition RCSA/self assessment requirements for all relevant businesses are met.
