Customer Journey Manager
Salary £35,000 to £40,000 plus excellent benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen within this highly respected and market leading financial services provider following a successful trading period. Our client is looking to further improve customer acquisition through the recruitment of a Customer Journey Manager who will lead the continuing refinement of the online customer journey.
Utilising available data and web analytics tools, the Customer Journey Manager will be key in analysing, and improving upon the online customer journey both through aggregator and direct channels. You will identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and deliver actionable insight, making strong recommendation for change to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will have experience gained from a similar role within an online business, ideally, but not essentially from within the financial services sector. You will be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and have experience of working with common web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture or Webtrends. You will be an excellent communicator and be capable of forging effective business relationships with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and levels of seniority.
