ANALYST PROGRAMMER IT I.T.
Location: Northamptonshire Salary: c.£28-32k plus full company benefits Ref: SF3986
Very successful financial institution based in Northamptonshire requires an experienced Analyst Programmer to join its development team . You must be able to demonstrate successful delivery of development projects and have the relevant experience of determining and satisfying customer requirements preferably within the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
Production of detailed system design and specification documentation
Determination of business change impact
Project implementation
UAT
Ensure customer requirements are fully met throughout the software development life cycle
Evaluate new technologies and new development methodologies
Skills Required:
Analytical and programming experience within the financial sector
Knowledge and understanding of 4GL
Excellent team player
Project delivery experience
Knowledge and understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills
