Job Description

Support Analyst, Internet Information Service (IIS), Server Management, MCP, MCSE, Veritas, Staines Experienced Server Support Analyst required to join the second line support team and deal with Microsoft server troubleshooting. You will utilise and liase with third party suppliers and support functions. You will have to deal with clients and internal stakeholders and regularly update both on current status of issues. You will balance services with Windows 2000 and 2003 Active Directory, internet information services, SQL Server 2000 and .net technologies. You will be experienced in server support, and have technical qualifications such as MCP and MCSE. You will have knowledge of back up strategies (Veritas) and be able to document processes and procedures in a clear concise and logical manner.
