Have you managed a team? Are you working in a digital / multi-media environment as a Website Manager or similar? If so then read on. This role in central Bristol is for a forward-thinking Manager, who really wants to drive a business unit forward. You need to have managed and clearly developed a team of direct reports and have clear experience of working on commercial sites, ideally including some online advertising for third parties, showing how you can raise funds for free to access sites. Although you do not need the technical knowledge to be able to programme sites, you need to understand their limitations and functionality. A new site is about to be launched soon and you will thrive on managing this small business unit, taking full responsibility for profit and loss, team development and sales. Any experience of working on youth markets would be a bonus but is not essential. As the site develops a performance related bonus will be introduced, which you can help to agree together.
