This is a fantastic creative opportunity to join a leading global healthcare agency based in west London as a Creative Coordinator.
This role consists of three overlapping functions, all of them directed towards maximizing the efficiency and quality of the creative department output.
Traffic
Manages the efficient flow of work through the creative department by keeping a real time record of all jobs in the system, allocating them to the appropriate creative resources, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Liaises with all account handlers with regard to the planning and allocation of all projects.
Ensures that there is sufficient creative department resource available to handle all anticipated projects, arranging for freelance resource when necessary.
Liaises between creative department and the studio, planning ahead to ensure a smooth flow of work through the system.
Administers all aspects of creative freelance fees, invoices, etc.
Art Buying
Proactively seeks out and shares with creative department a range of creative suppliers (photographers, production houses, illustrators etc) who could be of value to both the conceptual and executional sides of creative development.
Negotiates with suppliers on behalf of the creatives, and administers all fees, invoices, etc.
Creative Department Assistant
Acts as administrative assistant to all senior creatives by assisting with any work-related activities that could enhance the quality of their work by reducing the administrative burden, e.g., travel arrangements, finding and ordering creative references, magazines, websites, etc., arranging meetings, etc, where required.
