Job Description

A leading Online Company specialising in securing online payments are currently going through an exciting growth period and are looking to hire an experienced CRM Marketing Executive.

This is a 6 - 8 month maternity cover, starting in June / July.
Location - West London

Your responsibility is to deliver customer centric communications, so that the right messages are delivered at the right time within the customer lifecycle.

Also for the delivery of customer contact strategy; liaising with the UK and US marketing, product, content, design teams and external agencies to deliver on time and budget.

Experience required:
Proven marketing experience
Good understanding of CRM tools and practices, web analytics
Good understanding of Database / Direct Marketing, Data modelling, segmentation and targeting
Experience in driving customer contacts across multiple channels (including email and onsite marketing)

Technical skills:
Knowledge of CRM/campaign systems preferred (e.g., Unica, Kana, Teradata, Epiphany, Chordiant or equivalent applications)
Knowledge of online marketing systems such as Mediaplex, DoubleClick preferred
