TMP Worldwide
Head of Design for Communications
Chancery Lane, London
Imagine this wasn’t just a boring old job posting.
Imagine, instead, that you were leafing through a brochure, complete with original photography and lots of intricate folds. Or scanning a specially built exhibition stand. Or perusing a piece of direct mail. Imagine you weren’t reading this ad at all, but watching a viral video clip that told you everything you needed to know.
You’re beginning to imagine life in our Design for Communications team.
The ‘in-house design agency’ of TMP, one of the UK’s largest integrated recruitment solutions provider, they handle the design output of all our clients’ marketing campaigns. From the simple to the complex. The small to the huge.
You’ll lead D4C (as we like to call it), inspiring your small team of project managers and production assistants on to ever-bigger, ever-better, ever-more-innovative things. You’ll drum up new business. You’ll work closely with senior management. You’ll take personal responsibility for key campaigns.
And all while keeping one, crucial, eye on maximising profit and growth.
So here’s how we imagine our ideal candidate to be. A marketing professional with print/production and or events management experience, you’re probably working in a communications leadership role. And it’s probably based somewhere in the commercial sector. Definitely, you’ll be someone who’s focused on delivery. Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills are all essential too.
