Précis
Working within a major retail group, this position is responsible for leading the e-Commerce business strategy across a high profile brand. This individual will have full P + L responsibility for the e-Commerce channel.

This organisation is a large and successful retail group with its head office based in London.
About the Role
The Head of E-Commerce will report into the Distribution & Planning Director for the brand. Their key focus will be to champion E-Commerce within the Brand, integrating and adapting core principles and processes and managing the P + L for the channel.
Specific responsibilities include:-
Selecting and driving opportunities to grow the Brand E-Commerce channel, in order to realise its potential.
Identifying commercial routes for driving sales growth, delivering operating efficiencies and improving the service to our customers.
Working closely with other Senior Managers to effectively integrate on-line with the core business
Continually reviewing the service, processes and systems to ensure they meet excellent quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
This superb opportunity requires a highly experienced digital marketer that is a strategic and creative thinker. Knowledge and experience in the retail sector is preferred however, they would consider an individual with a strong background in blue chip e-commerce strategy with a major trading element. This organisation already have an established e-Commerce system in place and were an early adopter of technology. They are seeking a very experienced and enthusiastic individual to take the service to the next level and fulfill a key role in the direction of the brand and the growth business for the future. The succesful applicant will be a true self starter that has the ability to innovate and inspire others.
