This new independent development studio is made up of passionate and talented team players who are committed to shipping great games, taking full ownership and having fun while doing it. They retain a small family culture which will encourage people's talent, treat people fairly, and reward people well. Their goal is to build a great reputation as an independent studio that ships innovative console games that are both commercially and critically successful.

Currently they are looking to recruit their own Online Communities Manager. Your remit will include planning, finance and logistics for online marketing. Customer satisfaction and retention techniques. You will also get involved in DLC, Micro-payments, online console subscription models and how to maximise the revenue opportunities online.

Most importantly you should understand how to best maximise business opportunity as well as build and manage their own online presence and community. The role would ensure they are providing the technology, content and marketing collateral required to satisfy and service the consumer, for games as well as understand how to dove tail the brand and positioning online alongside the game and it's user base.
