Project Manager (P/T)
Surrey
£24 - 29k Pro rata

Our client is a national print agency who are looking for a part time Project Manager to be based within a team in Surrey. You will be working to plan and complete high profile projects, ensuring their client’s briefs are fulfilled to an excellent standard. You will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as a good knowledge of print production to be successful in this role.

Role & Responsibilities:
Attend client and agency briefing sessions
To ensure all processes and procedures for any project/client are documented centrally
To have a strong awareness of the account so as to add value in terms of brand management and brand integrity
Completes proofs, quotes and orders
Manages suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines
Identify and respond to service opportunities to maximise sales within the account
Drive post project review meetings to gauge client satisfaction
Advises on and resolves any invoicing queries to ensure prompt invoicing of customers
Liase with Account Director when applicable to ensure clear communication and accurate delivery of projects to clients.

Skills & Experience:
Experience in a print related environment
Excellent knowledge of print production
Ideally to have Direct Mail experience
Able to organise and supervise press passes with agency/clients
Organised and self-disciplined
A team player
Responds positively to new situations and challenges
Able to communicate effectively at all levels with clients, suppliers and colleagues
Sets high standards of performance for self
Pro-active, motivated and committed to developing own knowledge and skills
Competent in MS Word/Excel and Outlook
