Your Profile
As Internal Communications Web Writer you will have excellent Communication skills including Writing and Editing of the highest quality. A solid background of writing experience, with time spent in a successful Communications Team is required. The successful Internal Communications Web Writer will have knowledge of plain English and ideally will have knowledge or experience of a medical nature, although this is not compulsory. The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure is a must and the successful Online Communications Writer should demonstrate determination, drive and resourcefulness.
The Role
As Internal Communications Web Writer you will be responsible for editing/re-writing the existing site content, and researching/writing new pages, ensuring that the content reflects best practice for the web medium, including plain English. You will liaise with other business areas over
development/approval of specific content areas, and establish the Editorial principles for the page content, including user-friendly and consistent terminology.
