Our client is a long established publisher of consumer magazines and websites. An opportunity has arisen for a Web Content Administrator / Junior Web Designer to join their Web Operations team.
This is the ideal role for someone with creative flair and an enthusiastic approach to play a key role in a reputable publishing company.
In this role you will join a department that's responsible for dealing with the online content of our client's publications. Your position will involve creating compelling online adverts and email broadcasts to high standards and challenging deadlines.
As a Web Content Administrator / Junior Web Designer you will be responsible for:
- uploading daily advertising campaigns, overseeing traffic management and maintaining online directories to existing Content Management Systems
- gathering content and constructing regular editorial emails
- uploading ad hoc content onto the CMS
- liaising with internal clients and assisting with customer service enquiries when required
To succeed in this position you must have previous online creative design experience using Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and basic HTML. You must also have a full working knowledge MS Office and ideally, a degree (or equivalent).
Additionally, as a Web Content Administrator / Junior Web Designer you must have an excellent standard of English, great copywriting and proofing skills, and good communication skills.
