As a brand new website, this role has enormous scope for creativity. Our client wants to be at the frontier of technological innovation, so this role will be perfect for a Community Manager who is looking for an opportunity to create a best of breed community experience around interior design
You role will be to lead incentives to increase membership sign-ups across their website. You will manage email alerts and generate quality content, that stimulate quality activity and grow traffic across the site.
In addition your remit will be to gain a full understanding of the user base from interpretation of data, observations and interactions. You will ensure that the agreed sign-up targets are reached and execute a content and editorial plan including sources of content. Carrying out regular checks on community functionality to identify bugs and usability issues.
How many friends do you have on Facebook? We need someone super enthusiastic who regularly uses social platforms such as Facebook, Bebo, Twitter and the like. You'll need experience of using and moderating discussion forums or communities. You must be dynamic and proactive, creative thinking, flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
