About the Client

About the Role
The Content / Merchandising Manager will supervise the generation and management of content for two company websites. They will be responsible for ensuring that all offer text, images, descriptions and information is correct and up-to-date. Using a combination of motivating content and usability techniques, this individual will maximise conversion opportunities online. They will also produce useful online resources for customers.
Specific responsibilities include:-
Managing all the content on both websites, ensuring that all offer text, images, descriptions and information is correct and up-to-date.
Manage one direct report
Evaluate the performance of the websites' trading content and make recommendations for site improvements.
Manage online banner advertising campaigns
Regular reporting
What We’re Looking For
The successful individual will be a very effective communicator that can manage, develop and motivate staff. They will have previous website and content management experience with Understanding of usability and key drivers to conversion.
