Job Description

Established Newcastle based agency are looking to recruit an experienced Interface Designer.
An exciting opportunity to work on exciting brands and large blue chip organisations.
You will be responsible for assisting and conducting user-research activities, as well as recognising and solving problems with existing websites.
Working closely with account managers and the development team, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, take ownership of low-complexity site maps, create paper and HTML prototypes, and assist in the production of user-interface specifications.
You will need
·an understanding of user-centred design, including key information architecture, interaction design, user research and user-testing skills
·knowledge of standard analysis tools, including content and task analysis, card sorting and affinity diagramming
·the awareness of user-research tools
·the commercial experience of working in a similar role
·the confidence to participate in client-facing workshops
·the experience of leading projects and managing project teams
·a creative and lively approach to work
·the skills to prioritise and plan work to deadlines
·a strong can-do attitude
