An exciting opportunity now exists for a 6 month contract for a web designer/web developer with a company specialising in the management of top end luxury shopping outlets across Europe.

Due to continued expansion there is a need for a dedicated in house designer/developer who will initially join on a 6 month contract with a view to a permanent role. The successful candidate will work closely with the digital agency and in house graphic design and digital team to further develop 12 websites and digital campaigns.

Skills required:

• The ability to provide thought leadership in the design and development of websites and digital campaigns
• Excellent HTML/XHTML and CSS skills
• Experience of working with Javascript, AJAX, PHP
• Photoshop and in-design skill
• Creative, digital design skills (websites, micro sites, digital advertising and email templates)
• Knowledge of SEO and working with W3C standards
• Experience of implementing Google Analytics and other key analytical tools
• CMS knowledge
• Flash, action script and experience of working with (web address removed) and Perl desirable.
• Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills combined with strong self motivation are also important.
