Award winning Advertising Creative Director required for a TOP 10 NMA due to rapid expansion!!!
We are looking for the perfect Creative Director to continue growing our business in the advertising and media sector. Salary is negotiable + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare
You will be responsible for taking the creative lead of the department and you will be responsible for pushing through innovative ideas and be an integral part of the agency.
You will be challenged with the tasks of creating stunning award winning designs to help us put some more silverware into our awards cabinets.
Your main objective would be to ensure that the creative team delivers an excellent award entry-level campaign every 6 months.
An example of our clients includes but not limited to: American Express, Ladbrokes, Harrods and GE,
We are an independent agency with around 50 staff members, the creative team is 12 strong compromising of Art Directors, Flash Designers, and copywriters.
Responsibilities:
The Creative Director will report to the Executive Creative Director and will be responsible for:
· Day to day management of the creative team - ensuring campaigns are efficiently delivered on time and on budget
· Ensuring team motivation and moral remain high
· Developing exceptional, innovative ideas for client campaigns
· Overall work quality
· Individual project management based on agreed timelines
· Award entries
· Leading briefing and brainstorms sessions and effectively interpreting client briefs
· Support Account Directors/Client Directors
· Team recruitment
· Discussing with clients their products, services and advertising requirements and questioning as appropriate
· Meeting campaign deadlines and prioritising tasks
· Resource allocation and management across multiple projects
