Digital Director / Creative Director required for a new agency in Central London with a salary up to £85,000 + Bonus and Benefits to start immediately
You will be a creative genius and have a proven experience in digital creative strategy for large established agencies.
You will have overall responsibility for the agency's creative output, as the Creative Director you will grow and run a team of digital creative experts, including traditional Art Director and Copywriter teams as well as specialist designers and artworkers with in-depth knowledge of digital creative platforms such as Flash, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand and After Effects.
As the agency grows, this division should grow to include video production, DVD authoring, 3D and animation experts. The Creative Director will own the growth and development of that entire function.
More importantly, you will own the creative process for our clients. Typically, our Planning Director will produce a Creative Brief by translating commercial objectives into a digital strategy, and then identifying opportunities for that digital strategy to be enhanced by or realising where it is contingent upon brilliant digital creative ideas. It is from the Creative Brief that those ideas should stem and you will also take ownership of delivering truly innovative, original, progressive digital concepts which not only meet the brief but also exceed client expectations.
This is not a hands-on creative role. Rather, it's about providing superb creative thought leadership for our clients, and nurturing the growth and evolution of a world class team.
Key requirements:
· Award winning creative portfolio with many appreciative clients
· Experience across a range of marketing channels preferably a mix of direct, PR, advertising, experiential
· Client-facing
· Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
· in-depth knowledge of all things digitally creative
· At least five years experience in digital creative
· Must have digital agency background preferably NMA Top 100
· Experience dealing with big accounts and projects; £250k+
