Source have recently launched their digital offering and have been asked by many clients for good freelance flash designers. The main requirements are usually for passionate designers who can implement an already existing idea and make it come to life. You will only need to design but it will help if you know basic to intermediate actionscript. Experience working as a freelancer on different projects across the industry will help you settle in quickly and produce a final outcome everyone is happy with. You will need to get on well with a medium- large size team especially developers.
