I am looking for an experienced Art Director - who works in a Creative Team with a Copywriter of the same calibre - who work above the line, below the line or both, to join a fantastic out-of-London agency with a great attitude towards its team members.

Based in Tunbridge Wells, my client is a Campaign top 50 full service agency, 70 strong, renowned for commitment to award-winning people and long standing client relationships. Growing both as a business and in reputation for being able to excel against any marketing brief, this is full service agency including media planning and buying, creative development and execution across all media, strategic consultancy and brand planning.
I need self-starters, passionate about ideas and who want to bring a new creative edge to an expanding department. I'll expect to see TV, poster, press, radio and digital ideas in your book/reel.
It is essential that you will be experienced in working with, and presenting, high level, long term creative strategies as well as a quick turn around of briefs. You will be required to support the creative directors as well as influence and inspire creative ideas within the team.
Most importantly, you will want to work hard and be hungry to create top end, award winning work.
