As part of their ongoing growth they are looking for a dedicated Web Designer to join the agency. It's an exciting, varied, fast-paced role in a dynamic digital team that will see you working with rich media adverts, widgets, APIs and mobile applications for a variety of live entertainment clients.
You will work with client services and the digital team, plan and create effective digital marketing for client campaigns. Build database-driven websites for use with multiple assessment tools using HTML, CSS, ASP, PHP, Flash and JavaScript on standard packages. Ensure site security, usability and accessibility, test websites, emails and digital adverts and design sites to maximise creativity, clarity and ease of use for the target audience in full collaboration with the brand guardians.
In addition your remit will include assisting with email database administration for existing and new systems controlling and managing security, data integrity and access. Solve complex programming and design problems by using a variety of techniques requiring technical knowledge and a high degree of skill.
The role will reports to the Head of Digital on client and team activity and report on a weekly basis to the Senior Designer on all project work in progress. You should have a thorough awareness and understanding of departmental objectives. Advise individual team members as required on digital activity across agency client base.
Influences the improvement of systems and process within the department and works effectively with others and contributes to team success.
Ability to create, prioritisation, write, communicate present, influence and negotiate. Excellent decision making and problem solving skills. Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating to and interacting with people at all levels.
