Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Director for a leading Creative agency based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity as this innovative agency is experiencing phenomenal growth and you will have the chance to drive the department forward. Brand Development Projects have incrementally increased, which has resulted in the creation of this role.
With exceptional experience across a variety of channels including advertising, core communications and digital, you will have the natural talent and translate ideas to designers. You will also be able to lead projects from concept to completion and be fully aware of emerging trends. We are looking for a great leader who will oversee the entire creative mix including brand and corporate identity, advertising, digital, campaign strategy, direct marketing solutions and exhibition graphics/ services.
As the Temporary Creative Director, you will take on one of the biggest mixed accounts, managing the work through to the team. This role will be hands on role therefore as well as leading the team you will be involved with creating concepts, developing collateral around the brands, artwork, through to completion. Taking ownership for the projects, you will drive the department forward as more brand projects come in. This role will demand all of your creative skills but will be very rewarding as you take the department forward with your experience.
