A dynamic, award-winning and established creative digital agency seeks a middle weight producer to join their hardworking production team.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the planning and production process for client and internal projects. You will be assigned a team to work with by the Project Manager and you will manage them through the process of writing the Production Specification. You will also work with the Freelance Manager to build a Production Team from our pool of approved suppliers to bring the Creative Team’s vision to life.
In addition to this you will be eager to support and mentor other less experienced producers in your team in order to deliver projects which exceed expectations.You will have a good eye for design and an understanding of programming logic as well as experience in testing and identifying development problems.
As a person you are quick, accurate and stress tolerant. This role requires a confident, bright person who uses their own initiative as well as contributing a vital role to a busy and forward thinking team. You are pragmatic and creative, displaying self discipline and a passion for your work. You have excellent communication skills and are committed to providing high quality internal and client projects in a confident and assertive manner.You have at least 2 years experience in a Producer or Project Management role and a thorough understanding of new media development such as Flash, PHP and HTML.
