Position: Technical creative (junior)

Salary band: 18-22k (depending on experience)

Location: High Wycombe

A dynamic, award-winning and established creative digital agency seeks a junior technical creative to join their hardworking creative team.

The sole purpose of this role is to be part of the Creative Team and generate solid, engaging and realistic ideas to answer our clients’ objectives. This is achieved through the many creative brainstorming and research sessions and then through the documentation of these ideas into the Creative Proposal and the Production Specification. As a Technical Creative, your part in the creative process is to offer technical advice and suggest new and innovative ways of applying technology to compliment the creative concepts.

You will work closely with the project team estimating costs and timescales for projects as well as testing and identifying development problems. You will also work with the marketing department in developing our internal marketing resources such as the Stickee website.

As a person you are quick, accurate and stress tolerant, a problem solver with good communication skills and expert knowledge of Flash, programming and web projects. You have a great feel for design, animation and usability. You are pragmatic and creative, displaying self discipline and a passion for your work. You have excellent communication skills and are committed to providing high quality internal and client projects in a confident and assertive manner.

You have at least 1 year of development experience or relevant degree and a thorough understanding of web based software systems. You also have extensive experience in building user interfaces. You are a skilled programmer who can work independently and yet you have the ability to motivate people and assert your ideas.The business is now in a very strong position with great opportunities for growth and Stickee intends to share this potential success with its new employees.
